Conceptualization
SEAM is a visionary project to reunite West Baltimore by leveraging the proposed Red Line to reconnect divided neighborhoods, transforming Franklin and Mulberry streets into vibrant destinations. With a phased approach, SEAM introduces community-centered spaces like The Canyon, Ice Factory, Hive, and The Hill, each fostering economic growth, sustainability, and cultural preservation through adaptive reuse, affordable housing, and accessible public areas. This holistic design combines ecological, economic, and social elements to create a thriving, interconnected ecosystem that honors Baltimore's heritage while supporting its future growth.
